The ASCENDER Accounts Receivable application is used to perform the following functions:

• Record customer information including customer number, name, and address
• Record invoice information including invoice number, request date, customer purchase order number, quantity, and assigned budget codes
• Print invoices
• Inquire by invoice and customer
• Create credit and debit memos
• Record full and partial payments
• Print customer notices, statements, and aging information

This application interfaces directly with the ASCENDER Finance application so that the general ledger is adjusted as soon as an action is performed.
