FIN3051 - Combined Funds Board Report

Reports > Finance Reports > Summary/Miscellaneous Reports > Combined Funds Board Report

The report combines the budgetary accounts by fund. The report compares the budget to the actual realized revenue and expenditures. The report can be printed with account-level detail or summarized by fund, function, and class object.

Parameter Parameter Description
Accounting Period Current (C), Next (N)

C - Include the current accounting period on the report.

N - Include the next accounting period on the report.

This is a required field.

Detail (D), No Detail (N), Recap only (R)

D - Include detailed information on the report.

N - Do not include detailed information on the report.

R - Provide only a recap of information on the report.

This is a required field.

Use Fund Type? (Y/N)

Y - Include the fund type on the report.

N - Do not include the fund type on the report.

This is a required field.

General Funds (1XX)

Type the three-digit fund number separating multiple fund numbers with a comma (e.g., 180 / 8,180 / 9). Or, click Ellipsis Icon to search for funds/years. Otherwise, leave blank to use all fund numbers.

Special Revenue Funds (2XX, 3XX, 4XX)
Interest and Sinking Funds (5XX)
Construction Funds (6XX)
Expendable Trust Funds (8XX)
Enter Optional Report TitleType a report title using a maximum of 60 alphanumeric characters.
