FIN3250 - Trial Balance
Finance > Reports > Finance Reports > Summary/Miscellaneous Reports > Trial Balance
The report displays the current month's totals and year-to-date totals for all accounts. The report is broken down by fund. Funds are grouped by type in the Fund table (btfn_fund). The report is used to verify that current month totals are in balance prior to closing an accounting period.

C - Include the current year accounting period on the report. N - Include the next year accounting period on the report. This is a required field. |
