The following fields are required, all other fields on the page are optional. Review the Help page for additional information about the optional fields.
Change an existing book.
Delete a book.
Used for capital assets only (inventory type = C).
Allows users to define how a depreciation should be calculated for an item (Property class, Depreciation method, Recovery period, Depreciation amount).
Currently only one book type is used (GP - Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures).
Depreciation methods (SL - Straight Line or ND - No Depreciation).
Depreciation conventions (FM - figures depreciation after the first full month and HY - figures depreciation after the first half year).
Unallocated funds flag assets that cannot be allocated to a specific budget code. The system does not search for depreciation distribution account codes, and it is reported in the unallocated depreciation line of the financial statements.
