The General Funds lookup is used to select a general fund(s).
Select a general fund(s):
The general funds(s) are listed in ascending order.
To search for a specific general fund, begin typing the general fund/yr or description in the Search field. The list is automatically filtered to display the general funds(s) that contain the numbers or characters you have typed.
When you locate the general fund you want to retrieve, select the corresponding checkbox and click OK. The lookup closes, and the field/parameter is populated with the selected general fund(s).
Click Cancel to close the lookup without selecting a general fund.
