If the Note button is italicized, an amendment note exists for the amendment transaction. Click Note to display the notes. The amendment notes cannot be modified.
Select which amendment numbers to place under Post to General Ledger using one of the following buttons:
- Click to move selected entries from the left side to the right side of the page.
- Click to move all entries from the left side to the right side of the page.
- Click to move selected entries from the right side to the left side of the page.
- Click to move all entries from the right side to the left side of the page.
