About Warehouse

The TxEIS Warehouse application allows you to request items from the district warehouse. Warehouse functions also provide a means to restock the warehouse, receive items into the warehouse, return items from the warehouse, and fill back orders.

In addition, the following functions are available:

• Approve purchasing/inventory restock requisitions
• Cancel back orders (for current year and next year)
• Cancel end-of-year outstanding back orders
• Create and modify inventory restock requisitions
• Create and modify warehouse requisitions (for current year and next year)
• Fill back orders (for current year and next year)
• Initialize yearly inventory files
• Maintain inventory
• Mass change item numbers
• Receive inventory items
• Return warehouse items
