This report provides a list of users with their EULA acceptance status and the acceptance date (if applicable) by application (ASCENDER, CareerPortal, EmployeePortal, MemberPortal, and TeacherPortal).
| Parameter | Description |

| Select Application(s), or blank for ALL | Type the application ID, or click  to select the application(s) from the Application Directory. |
| Users with an unaccepted EULA (Y), or blank for ALL | Type Y to include only those users who have not accepted the EULA. Otherwise, leave blank to include all users. |
| Include deleted users for ASCENDER Enterprise? (Y/N) | Y - Include deleted ASCENDER Enterprise users. N - Do not include deleted ASCENDER Enterprise users. |
| Include inactive users for TeacherPortal? (Y/N) | Y - Include inactive TeacherPortal users. N - Do not include inactive TeacherPortal users. |
