❏ Updated descriptor tables C022, C053, and C218 for school year 2025-2026.

This change includes the Middle School Advanced Mathematics courses from the 2026.2.0 changelog. These course codes will now be available in Scheduling and in Grade Reporting when setting up courses.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused the program to error when the user runs Flexible Regular Attendance from the Send Status popup.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused student immunization records to be incomplete after running the ASDR process. Records for the new school year were missing the student's prior year Immunization Types and Codes on the Health > Maintenance > Student Health > Immunization and Health > Maintenance > Tables > Immunization Type tabs.

❏ Updated the Evaluation Delay Days calculation to consider prior year attendance. For TSDS extract purposes, the following is true:

• If the Consent to Evaluation Received Date and Initial Evaluation Date fields are blank, then the Evaluation Delay Days calculation does not occur.
• If the Consent to Evaluation Received Date or Initial Evaluation Date fields are blank, then the Evaluation Delay Days calculation does not occur.
• If the existing Consent to Evaluation Received Date or Initial Evaluation Date fields are updated, then the Evaluation Delay Days calculation does occur.

❏ Re-enabled the menu option to allow users to access and use the functionality as intended.

❏ Corrected the process to prevent Early Reading Indicator records from being copied to the new school year on the Registration > Maintenance > Student Enrollment > Demo3 tab.

❏ Modified the process to ensure that next year’s 12th graders who are coded IGC Reviewed are coded with IGC Graduate for the new school year.

❏ Modified Course Transcript and Course Transcript Extension to extract college credit hours from individual student course records instead of from the course section.

❏ Modified the program to correct PK Teacher Requirements reporting during TSDS Extract processing. This update also corrects ECDS PK Fatal 30040-0049 for Business-only LEAs.

❏ Added the Certification section with the following fields allowing non-employees to be added with the appropriate certification details for TSDS reporting.

NOTE: This update satisfies the Early Childhood Data System (ECDS) PK submission requirement of coding non-employee PK teachers with the appropriate PK Teacher Requirement code as done in Personnel for LEA employees. Also, this change corrects Fatal 30040-0049.

The following fields were added to the Send Status pop-up window:

• Extract Start Time - Indicates the time the extract started sending data to the staging table.
• Extract End Time - Indicates the time the extract completed sending data to the staging table.
• Send Start Time - Indicates the time the API started sending data to the Operational Data Store (ODS).
• Send End Time - Indicates the time the API completed sending data to the Operational Data Store (ODS).

The following buttons were added to the Send Status pop-up window:

NOTES:

• Only users with access to both the Security Administration and District Administration applications will be able to view and interact with the updated Send Status pop-up window, including selecting Domain/Entity checkboxes and extracting or sending data.
• Users with District Administration access but without Security Administration access will retain the existing functionality of the tab and will be able to see the updated Send Status pop-up window with the new Time fields but without the Domain/Entity checkboxes and Extract/Send buttons.

❏ Modified the Student Academic Record to extract missing values correctly for each student in grades 9-12 and for each campus the student was enrolled in for at least one day during the school year.

❏ Updated the extract procedure to correctly use information that reports the last day of attendance (in this report period) instead of using information that extracts the first day (of the next report period).

❏ Modified the program to not extract zero percent day employed data from the TSDS Days Employed Set into the staging table as this caused a 400 Bad Request in the StaffEducationOrganizationEmploymentAssociation.

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented Business-only LEAs from being able to generate TSDS Level 1 Error reports. As a result, now the program uses the dr_demo table to retreive district information.

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented TIA teachers from being included in the StaffSection Association and StaffSchool Association for Class Roster. This issue occurred for Business-only LEAs.

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented ELO data from being extracted to the staging table or from being sent to TSDS via the API.

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented the PKTeacherRequirement from being populated in the JSON file, which caused a fatal error to occur when landing in the ODS. This issue affected teachers with the PKTeacherRequirement selected under Certification > Teaching Specialization on the Personnel > Maintenance > Staff Demo > Credentials tab.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused a Program Error to occur when trying to access this menu item.

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented the Creditable Year of Service from being sent to the IODS for teachers who have the Creditable Year of Service flag selected on the Personnel > Maintenance > Employment Info page and have a TIA Allotment Code of 01, 02, or 03 assigned on the Personnel > Staff Demo > Credentials tab.

❏ Corrected an error in the CTE Attendance extract that was causing incorrect calculations for the Eligible Days Present values and triggering the fatal error 42410-0016.

❏ Modified the Student Section extract to correctly handle 4-semester courses and to add an End Date on every record in the staging table.

❏ Added fund 366 to the SSA Fund table for the 2025 school year. After the fund is added, the fund is available for selection in the Fund ellipsis pop-up on the District Administration > Tables > District Information > Shared Services Arrangements tab.

❏ Modified the program to adapt and ignore some API fields added by The Exchange when Move to Exchange is selected.

❏ Modified the p_extract_edfi_stu_spec_edu_pgm_assoc_stg_2025 procedure to clear child staging tables EDFI_STU_SPEC_EDU_PGM_ASSOC_STG_RESID_FAC and EDFI_STU_SPEC_EDU_PGM_ASSOC_STG_RESID_FAC_SET before every merge.

❏ Corrected the issue with responsibility record extracts and staff_ed_org_assign_assc staging tables.

❏ Added the following columns to the Budget and Payroll selections:

❏ Corrected an issue with the Ed-Fi StaffEducationOrganizationEmploymentAssociation Entity > DaysEmployedSet error as it relates to unaffiliated staff. This extract now filters records from the related Personnel table, no longer extracting records with zero days or days greater than 365. This change will remove existing records with those values from the staging table. The corresponding parent records will be reset causing the date to be resubmitted. In addition, this change also corrects issues related to Auxiliary Role entries.

❏ Modified the TSDS Main Extract to convert two-digit Achievement Category Codes (ACHVMNT_CAT_CD) to single-digit values.

❏ Updated a Staff Section Begin Date trigger that caused records to extract incorrectly.

❏ Modified the program to allow Graduation Type codes to be updated for graduates in the prior year on the Registration > Maintenance > Student Enrollment > Graduation tab.

❏ Corrected a TSDS Budget Extract issue that caused duplicate rows when the current date (Today's date) was later than the PEIMS Fall snapshot date.

❏ Updated TSDS Fall Budget and Payroll extracts to retrieve data up to and including accounting period 10. These extracts will no longer occur once accounting period 10 is closed.

❏ Modified the StaffEducationOrganizationEmploymentAssociation staging table and associated child tables to include “OTH” (Other) in the employment status code column for new records. While not required by the Texas Education Agency (TEA), this value is a key attribute within the staging table.

❏ Corrected an issue in reporting that caused a fatal error in the ECDS Submission.

❏ Corrected an issue that prevented prior year leaver endorsement changes from being correctly updated in the staging table.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused the extract to delete records from EDFI_STU_ED_ORG_ASSC_STU_CHAR_STG.

❏ Restarted the nightly extract to update the As-of Status Last Friday October code to prevent the following fatal errors:

❏ Modified a stored procedure to include employment status codes for non-employees in the staging tables, ensuring the intended data flow.

❏ Updated the API to correctly send Associate Degree Indicator data.

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented Sped Stu Age updates made on the Grade Reporting > Maintenance > Master Schedule > Campus Schedule > Section tab from being correctly included in TSDS extracts for all sessions within a course section. This issue occurred when a campus had more than one attendance track.

❏ Updated the program to allow LEAs to correct any graduates who were miscoded before ASDR.

❏ Updated the program to only extract completed endorsements for prior year leavers.

❏ Modified the program to restrict editing of Account Code fields for Budget and Payroll records that have been submitted to TEA. After TEA submission and assignment of an ODS ID, the Account Code fields will become read-only.

❏ Created/applied an SQL to resolve the following TSDS fatal error 20030-0016: If BudgetObject is within the range “6100”-“6600”, then BudgetProgramIntent must not be “00”. If the record in the Budget staging table includes an ODS ID and the amount is zero, it is marked to be deleted in the ODS and the record will remain in the staging table. If the record does not have ODS ID and the amount is zero, it is removed from the Budget staging table.

❏ Modified the program so it will no longer calculate the AsOfCodes in the 6:00pm nightly extract.

❏ Corrected TSDS extracts to automatically include non-employees who are under active contract, provided they have valid data (Begin Date, End Date, TX Unique Staff ID, Race, Days Employed, and Percent of Day). This eliminates the requirement of selecting the Extract for TSDS checkbox for these individuals.

❏ Modified the program to only require the TSDS Staff Type field to be populated if the TX Unique Staff ID field is populated.

❏ Corrected the program to only allow valid characters (selected from the ellipsis) to be saved in the Staff Service field.

❏ Implemented a daily cron job to run at 3:15 AM to reset the Ed-Fi API connection flag. This allows the connection flag to reset daily allowing disrupted databases to restart TSDS processing at the scheduled 4:15 AM run.

❏ Corrected the issues with missing end dates that triggered Fatal Errors 30090-0007.

❏ Corrected the issue where begin and end dates were not saved upon creating a new record. These dates are now correctly saved when a record is added or updated.

❏ Modified the program to require the Begin Date and End Date fields for all records. This allows contracted staff to be tracked annually for TSDS reporting.

❏ Added the Extract for TSDS checkbox to the Instructional Staff section. This option will create an entry in the staging table for each non-employee who has a termination date when selected. Additionally, this option was added to the associated Non-Employee Report.

❏ Added this tab to create and maintain TSDS/Responsibility records for non-employees. The information on this tab is only extracted for non-employees who have an assigned TX Unique Staff ID on the Non-Employee tab.

❏ Modified the staging tables to extract actuals for classes 3XXX, 5XXX, and 7XXX objects by multiplying the amounts by -1. Note that this change will result in negative amounts for these classes if their current balances are positive. This corrects TSDS Mid-Year Finance fatal errors caused by the mentioned objects reporting negative amounts.

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented fund balance totals from being included on the TSDS Prior Year Actuals report (Extract Prior Year Reprint). This corrects TSDS Mid-Year fatal error 20032-0007.

❏ Modified the Session and Section end dates to be the next instructional day after the attendance semester/cycle ends.

❏ Updated the way StudentCharacteristic and StudentCharacteristic > Period are reported so multiple Begin and End Dates for the characteristic can be reported under StudentCharacteristic > Period.

❏ Added this tab to allow LEAs to retrieve and edit Fall TSDS financial data, allowing for corrections to Budget and Payroll data in the TSDS staging tables. The staging area temporarily holds data before it is promoted to the Operational Data Store (ODS). Note that Finance accounting period 10 must be closed prior to using this tab.

❏ Updated the P_EXTRACT_EDFI_STU_ED_ORG_ASSC_STG_2025 stored procedure to extract missing student characteristics records.

❏ Updated the extract so it will send staff sections that have multiple meeting times to the staging table that will be sent to TSDS.

❏ Modified the Prior Year Leavers extract to correctly extract 2025 No-Show students who do not have a Homeless Status record on Registration > Maintenance > Student Enrollment > Demo3 to the PriorYearLeaver entity and the PriorYearYearLeaverParent entity.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused data to be deleted when a user changes a Bilingual Indicator Code to a different Bilingual Indicator Code and/or changes an ESL Indicator Code to a different ESL Indicator Code.

❏ Corrected an issue in the program so StudentLanguageInstructionProgramAssociation successfully reports for students that are Emergent Bilingual 1, have a Parental Permission C, 7, 8, and are not in a Bilingual or ESL Program.

• Added Local Programs BPT (Bilingual Program Type) and EPT (ESL Program Type) to the district and campus level local programs so that the LEAs can assign the Program Type to the students that fit this criteria. The Entry Date for these Local Programs is not taken into account when processing the StudentLanguageInstructionProgramAssociation.

NOTE: TCC will be re-extracting all Bil/ESL records.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused some users to receive Special Warnings for Fall PEIMS (48011-0018) regarding Distinguished Level of Achievement data not pulling from ASCENDER to TSDS.

❏ Modified the program to create a process that will send TSDS data Saturday and Sunday but will not extract data.

❏ Corrected the program when creating .pdf or .csv files, the file name should be report file name + CCCDDD + user id nbr + dts + .pdf or .csv. This will ensure that each print file created is unique across any LEA any user at any time.

❏ Modified the program to not generate or email the Budget and Payroll extract files/PDFs if the new Extract TSDS database column is set to 0. This pauses emails for Budget and Payroll until after the Fiscal Year Close process is done for the current year.
