❏ Updated the page to add an asterisk (*) next to options that are Data Beyond TSDS Domains/Entities.

NOTE: Asterisks and footnotes will only display for Exchange clients only.

❏ Modified the stored procedure for updating the employment status of a non-employee. The procedure should mirror Personnel > Maintenance > Employment Info.

❏ Corrected reports to ensure appropriate data is displayed based on the LEA county-district numbers and user IDs.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused -6 extract errors to occur due to data in the Ed-Fi delete log.

❏ Updated the extract to calculate the NumberOfStudentsInClass as of the snapshot date.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused an invalid record to remain in the staging table when Economic Disadvantage dates are changed on Registration > Maintenance > Student Enrollment > Demo1.

❏ Corrected the issue when the PK Elig Prev Year is unchecked on Registration > Maintenance > Student Enrollment > PK Enroll, the StudentCharacteristicDescriptor #11 is not deleted from the staging table.

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented the Budget extract from capturing changes made in ASCENDER.

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented Payroll corrections from updating correctly in the staging table.

TSDS Change Log 2026.1.1 added a new table/data element, PriorYearSSAOrgAssociationExt (C049A), to allow for the reporting of Prior Year SSA Type. This new table will be reported during the PEIMS Mid-Year (Actuals) Submission. The existing table/data element, SSAOrgAssociationExt (C049), will continue to be reported in the PEIMS Fall Submission. The following updates were made to support this change:

❏ Added new tab, District Administration > Tables > District Information > Prior Shared Services Arrangement, to report prior year SSA financial reporting during the PEIMS Mid-Year Submission.

❏ Updated the existing District Administration > Tables > District Information > Shared Services Arrangement tab to only display Shared Services Arrangements as this is the only information reported during the PEIMS Fall Submission.

❏ Added to the applicable TSDS extracts.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused the program to update the Language Instruction Program Service with the removed and now invalid Bilingual, ESL and Alternative Language Program Type Codes.
