❏ Updated the program to add an indicator for Exchange Only entities on the Level 1 Errors Domains/Entities Screen Error List.
❏ Updated the reports to add an indicator on each report error to indicate Exchange Only entities.
TSDS Updates
BIL/ESL Program Reporting Period Attendance
❏ Updated the program to extract Bil/ESL Attendance from new tables for sy 2026 and beyond.
PriorYearLeaver Language
❏ Modified the descriptor language on PriorYearLeaverLanguage in order to prevent some user's from receiving a Level 1 Error.
Level 1 Errors
❏ Corrected an issue with the extract so it will not create sessions for summer school when there were no students enrolled.
❏ Corrected an issue that caused errors related to duplicate records for non-employees.
Student Academic Record Extract
❏ Modified the Student Academic Record extract so it will not trigger a Special Warning 40110-0226 for users when IBC records are extracted.
Graduation Plan Changes: Exchange Clients Only
❏ Modified the Graduation Plan extract to prevent errors when invalid course Service IDs are extracted.
Staff Section Extract Update
❏ Modified the program so the Staff Section Extract will report a zero value for Assistant Teachers.
Special Ed Extract
❏ Corrected the issue with the extract that caused student records to only extract the re-enrolled record when they are enrolled in a special ed program.
