Fatal Errors 42401-0020 and 42401-0046
❏ Corrected an error in the following attendance extracts that was causing incorrect calculations for the Eligible Days Present values and triggering the fatal errors 42401-0020 and 42401-0046:
- BIL/ESL Program Reporting Period
- CTE Program Reporting Period
- Flex Sped Program Reporting Period
- Flex Regular Program Reporting Period
- Flex Bil/ESL Program Reporting
- Flex CTE Program Reporting Period
Student Academic Record Extract
❏ Modified the Student Academic Record to extract missing values correctly for each student in grades 9-12 and for each campus the student was enrolled in for at least one day during the school year.
Fatal Errors 42405-0002, 42405-0012, 42405-0013, 42405-0016 and 42405-0050
❏ Corrected errors in the Special Education Program Reporting Period attendance extract that was causing incorrect calculations for the Eligible Days Present values and triggering fatal errors.
