❏ Modified the Send Status pop-up window to allow those users with the appropriate access to see the new Domain/Entity checkboxes and Time fields, and extract/send individual (previously processed) Domains/Entities as needed.

The following fields were added to the Send Status pop-up window:

• Extract Start Time - Indicates the time the extract started sending data to the staging table.
• Extract End Time - Indicates the time the extract completed sending data to the staging table.
• Send Start Time - Indicates the time the API started sending data to the Operational Data Store (ODS).
• Send End Time - Indicates the time the API completed sending data to the Operational Data Store (ODS).

The following buttons were added to the Send Status pop-up window:

• Extract & Send
• Extract Only
• Send Only

NOTES:

• Only users with access to both the Security Administration and District Administration applications will be able to view and interact with the updated Send Status pop-up window, including selecting Domain/Entity checkboxes and extracting or sending data.
• Users with District Administration access but without Security Administration access will retain the existing functionality of the tab and will be able to see the updated Send Status pop-up window with the new Time fields but without the Domain/Entity checkboxes and Extract/Send buttons.

❏ Removed the following data elements from the BasicReportingPeriodAttendance entity:

• RSTotalEligibleDaysPresent
• RATotalEligibleDaysPresent

❏ Corrected the issue on Grade Reporting > Maintenance > Master Schedule > Campus Schedule that caused some users to experience difficulties excluding course information when they change a course to 8EXCLUDE after the data has already extracted.

❏ Modified the Calendar Reporting Period extract Begin Date and End Date to allow a Waiver day for the end of a reporting period.

❏ Modified the Special Education Program Reporting Period Attendance extract to send 0 when RDSPD is empty.

❏ Modified the Student Section Association extract to generate the course completion indicator for the term/session in which the course was completed, not for all sessions.
