❏ Added functionality for school year 2020-2021 to include Post Secondary Certifications only when the Reimburse field is not checked. The Certifications must have been earned between 06-01-2020 and 08-31-2020.

NOTE: Any Industry Based Certifications earned from 9/1/2019-05/31/2020 that will be reported in one-time reporting extension (Fall Submission) will need to be be manually entered in State Reporting > Maintenance > Fall > Student > Industry Cert. The Certification, Date Completed, Exam Fee and Vendor will also need to be entered in the appropriate year in the Graduation Plan or Registration application.

❏ Updated the program when creating the Fall Student interchange to not report the Crisis Code if it is 00 and the As-of Status Cd is A.

❏ (Mandated Change) Added the TX-AdultPreviousAttendanceIndicator, TX-IBCExamFeeAmount and TX-IBCVendorCode data elements to the Student Interchange Fall collection.

NOTE: This data will extract directly from the Student Applications and not to State Reporting.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused the staff interchange files from being created when an employee has multiple responsibility records that require the paraprofessional certification indicator to be reported.
