Extracts > Summer

❏ Modified the Attendance extract to create Demo and Enrollment data for students with eligibility code 0. Students will be included in the Student Extension and Student Enrollment Interchanges.

❏ Modified the Flexible Attendance extract to collect Crisis Codes 1A, 1B, 1C, 2A, 2B, and 2C and to display Special Warning in the Summary Report when a student is enrolled on 1/29/2021 and does not have a valid crisis code.

Utilities > Create TSDS PEIMS Interchanges > Summer Collection

❏ Modified the Student Attendance Interchange for Crisis Code Submission Reporting purposes.

The following taglines have been added and defaulted to 0.0:

E1678 RS-TOTAL-ELIGIBLE-DAYS-PRESENT (TX-RSTotalEligibleDaysPresent)

E1679 RA-TOTAL-ELIGIBLE-DAYS-PRESENT (TX-RATotalEligibleDaysPresent)

The Special Programs Reporting Period Attendance Extension has been disabled for the Crisis Code Submission.
