❏ Updated the password requirement message to reflect the correct minimum password length (16). The following pages were affected:

• Change Password
• Reset Password (expiration)

Note: Special characters are not required.

❏ Updated the report to add the Economically Disadvantaged code in order to comply with the Student Attendance Accounting Handbook.

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented the program from defaulting to the current day/next period to be posted.

❏ Updated the table used for Attendance Audit reports with the new CTE course codes and tiers.

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented ParentPortal interim progress reports from printing information other than the header, even after they have been created and published.

❏ Modified the program to move the following sub-boxes from Demo3 to Demo2:

• Status Indicators
• DAP Advanced Measures

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented some TREx Export files from uploading to TEAL.

❏ Updated the program to create a validation method for Attribution Code so users don't receive a Level 1 Error.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused the SRG0800 - Student Registration Forms report to be blank when a student has two rows of data on Registration > Maintenance> Student Enrollment > At Risk

❏ Corrected the issue that caused the SRG0900 - Withdrawal Transfer Form report to be blank when a student has two rows of data on Registration > Maintenance> Student Enrollment > At Risk

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented the SGP1000 - Student Personal Graduation Plan report from printing.

❏ Corrected the issue on the page that prevented Lang Instru Program Svc and Bil/ESL Fund Cd data from auto populating on a new record when a withdrawn bilingual student is re-enrolled via the W/R Enroll tab.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused Status Code 4 Campus update/delete issue for the Local Programs for TEA and Other Local Programs grids.

❏ Updated the program with the latest TEA data standards.

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented new contact information from being saved.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused new contacts to be duplicated if the user saves multiple times.

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented users from saving data if the At Risk Begin Date in the At Risk tab is prior to the current calendar year.

❏ Updated the SAT2100 Six Weeks FTE Report for sy 2026 and beyond with the following:

• Replaced Bil/Esl fund codes BE,D1,D2 with new categories B1,E1,D3,D4,D5,D6

❏ Modified the page CTE Programs of Study box so users are able to select Program Code 074: Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps from drop-down and save successfully.

❏ Modified the program for sy 2026 and beyond to allow users to delete rows in the Economic Disadvantage section as the data is no longer required and a student can have a Null record.

❏ Added the following PEIMS at-risk criteria options:

• 16. Chronically Absent (TEC 48.009) - Is a chronically absent student, as defined by TEC, §48.009; SB 991 amends TEC §29.081(d) by adding chronic absenteeism as defined by TEC §48.009 to the list of reasons a student could be considered at risk of dropping out of school.
• 17. 10+ Unexcused Abs/6mo (TEC 25.085/25.086) - Is required to attend school under TEC, §28.085, is not exempt under TEC, §25.086, and fails to attend school without excuse for 10 or more days or parts of days within a six-month period in the same school year;

❏ Updated the page for sy 2026 and beyond so users are able to add multiple rows of data.

❏ Updated the program for sy 2026 and beyond to remove the error message, Bil/ESL: When Parental Permission Code is E or J then ESL and Bil Program Type must be 0 as the rule no longer exists.

❏ Updated the utility to add the following PEIMS at-risk criteria options:

❏ Corrected the issue that caused errors on the page when users made student record status changes on Registration > Maintenance > Student Enrollment > W/R Enroll.

❏ Updated the program so TCC Known Issues news displays on the ASCENDER dashboard.

❏ Modified the page for the current school year and beyond so the Graduation Type field is editable whether or not a student has a graduation plan assigned.

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented the Days Membership/Total Eligible Days from displaying correctly when a student changed grade levels.

❏ Updated the report to add grade levels 06-08.

❏ Made the following changes to Safe Supportive School Program Team Review data for sy 2026:

• SDS0100 - Discipline - Detailed Incident Report
- Moved information on the report between Extract and PEIMS

• SDS1300 - Discipline Audit Report (PEIMS Edits)
- Remapped from where data is pulled

• Discipline > Maintenance > Student > Maintenance (Print Profile > Discipline Profile Report)
- Moved information between Extract and PEIMS

• Discipline > Reports > Create Discipline Reports
- Removed SSSP Team Review check box from Incident Information sub-box
- Added SSSP Team Review check box to the Offense sub-box

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented the page from updating when a student is re-enrolled on a campus within a certain semester and certain course.

❏ Updated the page effective sy 2026 to add a Ratio Waiver List Product Used checkbox under the Participation checkbox and within the grid.

This indicates that the student received accelerated instruction through a product on the Ratio Waiver List for more than 50% of their required hours.

❏ Modified the Industry Based Certification section for sy 2026 and beyond so Result is not a required field.

❏ Modified the extract to populate the NumberOfStudentsInClass with a zero if the ClassroomPostion is = 05.

❏ Updated Crosswalk Type 044 for sy 2026 to add PE service ids 03823070 and 03823080.

❏ Added Student Characteristic 25 (PK Child of LEA Classroom Teacher) to the Local Program to TEA PEIMS Codes drop-down options.

❏ Corrected the issue that gave users an error message when they attempted to upload and Accept some student forms.

❏ Updated the utility to improve performance and speed up the import process for large files.

❏ Modified the page to move the SSSP Team Review checkbox from the Discipline Incident section to the Discipline Offense section.

Modified the page with the following changes for school year 2025-2026 and beyond.

❏ Removed the Associate Degree drop-down menu.

❏ Added an Associate Degree section to the page.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused some clients to receive an error when importing the census block output file.

❏ Modified the utility so that if a user selects a single campus, only records from the selected campus generate to the export file.

❏ Modified the utility to include students that were active on or before the snapshot date.

❏ Updated the utility to improve performance and speed up the import process for large files.

❏ Modified the utility so the Census Block Begin Date will update to the student's actual enrollment date if the date entered is prior to the student's enrollment date.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused emails to not send to the Discipline Approver (assigned in Registration) when a Discipline Referral is created.

❏ Updated the Code list to remove invalid PEIMS codes 04, 13, 34 & 37 as they are no longer valid.
