❏ Corrected the issue that caused a Parent Military error when updating data for a contact that is not the Parent/Guardian.

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented Military Connected Codes for PK students with grade level changes from being successfully saved.

❏ Modified the following existing red error messages to blue warning messages:

• BIL/ESL: Parental Permission is required.
• BIL/ESL: Bilingual or ESL Program Type must be selected when the student is selected as EB.

❏ Modified program logic to filter the report by any Attendance code chosen. Only students with the chosen Attendance codes will show in the report.

❏ Updated the program to allow grades of 0 to be averaged into the student's total average in the Cumulative Grade Average.

❏ Corrected an issue when running the report for students who have a credit of .5 that the credit does not display correctly on the report. Any credit earned should display on the report.

❏ Corrected the issue when printing the report so that Retained and the retained reason will print when Year End Status is set to 02: Retained Same Grade on Registration > Maintenance > Student Enrollment > Demo 3.

❏ Modified the program to allow prior year(s) PEIMS Code and IBC Vendor codes to be saved regardless of the school year when the certification was attempted.

❏ Modified the Industry Based Certification group box to allow more than one row with the same Certification as long as the information in the Date Taken field is different.

❏ Removed validations for Vendor Nbr to allow for previous year.

❏ Updated the exported file with the following 2022-2023 TREx Data Standards:

❏ Modified the program to add an Error column to the Step 3 - Review Data section on the Assignments Grades Import screen when there are problems with the data.

❏ Corrected an issue with the .csv import that was causing information to not map correctly.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused assignment grades for one course section to be replaced by grades from a different course section if the instructor has not clicked Retrieve before saving.

❏ Added an error message to remind instructors to click Retrieve before making changes.

❏ Updated the program to add validations for numeric and pass/fail grade-types to prevent entering invalid grades of E,S,N,U or A,B,C,D,F. The only valid values for numeric and pass/fail grade-types should be numbers, M, I, and X.

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented exam grades from being accepted when Rpt Card Grd Typ is set to A,B,C,D,F, E,S,N,U, or Pass/Fail in the Options group box on Grade Reporting > Maintenance > Master Schedule > Campus Schedule > Course.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused averages entered on Grades > Assignment Grades for a future cycle to update incorrectly on Cycle Grades.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused a student to not appear on the report when they withdraw from a course in one cycle and re-enroll in that same course in the next cycle.

When the Include Withdrawn Students check-box is selected, students withdrawn during a specific period should still show on the Attendance Verification Report.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused the Attendance Summary Report to show an incorrect period for absences if the number of periods for the campus is greater than 10.

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented seating chart designations entered on a blank seating chart from saving when the user selects PIN and Save Seating Chart.
