❏ Modified Online STAAR/TAKS EOC Extract and STAAR/TAKS Precoding Extract to accept the value 'A' for Title 1 Part A Indicator as a valid value starting 2024 school year.

❏ Corrected the issue so the page will correctly update student course assignment dates in Grade Reporting when a No Show student is re-enrolled after the school year has started.

❏ Updated the program to delete data element FHSPDistingLevelGraduate (E1542) and add data element DistingLevelAchievementGraduate (E3089) per new TEA guidelines for sy 2024 and greater.

❏ Modified the way the page extracts some data for Accelerated Instruction.

❏ Corrected the error that caused the PriorYearLeavers API to populate the Student ID field with the wrong value.

❏ Removed Campus of Account from the Items to Reset drop down.

❏ Modified the utility with the following changes when importing Economic Disadvantage Codes:

• On import, modify the eco dis code as follows:
  Existing record - Update the eco dis code if the begin date is prior to the student's enrollment date
• On import, insert the begin date and eco dis code as follows:
  No existing record - Insert the eco dis code and insert begin date using the student's enrollment date.
• On import, if there is an existing record in SR_STU_ASSOC_ECO_DIS and new the import file has a begin date after the student's enrollment date and has a different eco dis code, create a status change and insert the new eco dis code.
• Do not import if student has multiple SR_STU_ASSOC_ECO_DIS entries and the begin date in the file is prior to any of them.
• Do not import if student has an end date on SR_STU_ASSOC_ECO_DIS.

❏ Updated the utility in order to allow updates or inserts to table SR_STU_ASSOC_ECO_DIS for element econdisadv_cd.
The updated logic looks at a students entry date on SR_STU_ASSOC_ECO_DIS and also SR_STU_ENROLL.DT_ENTRY date.

❏ Modified the program to allow digits 1-8 in the Cycle field so campuses are able to report Flexible Attendance for reporting period 7 and 8.

❏ Updated the Special Consid field in the Course Codes and Credits group box to use R to report data element SummerSchoolIndicator (E3091) in the CourseTranscript entity.

❏ Rearranged the page and renamed the Career Technology group box to be CTE Program Services.
❏ Modified the CTE Program Services box to add fields for Begin Date and End Date.
❏ Moved CTE Program descriptions to the Descriptor field.

❏ Modified the page to remove a Campus Account field for sy 2024-2025 and beyond. The field is still available for sy 2023-2024.

❏ Modified and re-arranged the page with the following changes:

• Moved the CTE Elig check box under the Eligibility Code field
• Added a Camp Account field under the Camp Resid field for all school years.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused the utility to indicate students as No Show instead of activating them.

❏ Modified the utility logic so that when a student is activated after the first day of school and has special programs, the student record is updated with the first day of school set to No Show and a new row is added with the new entry date.

❏ Modified the utility logic so that when a student has an active CTE Program Services descriptor and transfers to another campus within the district, the active CTE Program Service will transfer to the new campus if they offer the services.

❏ Modified the utility logic to ensure that if a student is being transferred to a new campus, that the CTE Program Service records are transferred along with that student.

❏ Modified the program so that when the utility is run for a student, data will delete from SR_STU_CTE_PGM_SVC for the current year.

❏ Updated the following GreenLight naming conventions to TREx Data Standards:

• ####LastName_FirstName_descriptor
• #### = last 4 digits of the Student ID
• LastName = student’s last name
• FirstName = student’s first name
• Descriptor = stu (student record)

❏ Modified name, address, and email fields in order to prevent issues with TSDS reporting.

❏ Updated the program to clear the As of Status Last Friday October and As of Status Last Day Enrollment codes during the ASDR process.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused some fields to be deleted when users saved on the page.

❏ Modified the SAT5000 - Flexible Attendance District Summary report as follows:

• Changed the title of Row D to Total Adjusted Eligible Equivalent Days Present*.
• Adjusted Eligible Equivalent Days is now calculated as the lesser of the Eligible Equivalent Days or NUMBER-DAYS-TAUGHT (E0935). (Per student, campus, instructional track, reporting period and grade level)
• Added the following footnote to the bottom of the report: *The Adjusted Eligible Equivalent Days is the lesser of Eligible Equivalent Days and Number of Days Taught. LEAs cannot be funded for more than Number of Days Taught in each reporting period.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused the SAT3001 - ADSY Campus/District Summary Report to incorrectly calculate several values. The calculations have been corrected per TEA's Report Help documentation.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused the SAT0600 - Student Detail Report to incorrectly calculate CTE hours.

❏ Corrected the issue on the SAT0900 - Campus/District Summary Report that caused values for rows Q and W to not match when compared to values on the Tier 3 detail page.

❏ Corrected the issue on the SAT0900C - Campus/District Summary Report (COVID) that caused values for rows Q and W to not match when compared to values on the Tier 3 detail page.

❏ Modified District Administration > Utilities > Annual Student Data Rollover to truncate the table SR_GRDRPT_SCHED_AUDIT correctly before reloading it with new courses for new school year.

❏ Created a new section and page in accordance to TEA requiring the collection of Accelerated Instruction data. Data will be entered at the student level.

❏ Modified the SGR2047 - AAR Multi-Year report, Associate Degree field, to show the degree type earned instead of Yes/No.

❏ Updated the utility to add new data elements and guidance for PERFORMANCE-ACKNOWLEDGMENT-COLLEGE-READINESS-ASSESSMENTS Data Element-TE113 (Code Table TC38) which indicates the student has earned a performance acknowledgment for outstanding performance on the PSAT®, the ACTPLAN®, the SAT®, or the ACT®.

❏ Added data element and guidance for PERFORMANCE-ACKNOWLEDGMENT-APIB-EXAM in the GreenLight export.

❏ Created the Non-Enrolled Student Report Group.

❏ Created report SRG9000 - UIL Activity Participation.

❏ Updated the report with the following changes:

• Corrected an issue that caused some columns to print on the report even though they are not selected on the Create Registration Report page
• Added checkboxes for Result1-15 and Enrolled1-15 to the Graduation section

❏ Modified the EL Performance Measure information in each data file format for STAAR EOC and STAAR 3-8 with a new option, “4: Masters Based on STAAR Performance Level.”

❏ Modified the STAAR 3-8 Edit screens for the Social Studies and Science group boxes with new fields for Performance Level Indicator.

❏ Modified the STAAR 3-8/STAAR 3-8 ALTERNATE Test data file import process with the following TEA changes required for school year 2024:

• PEIMS ID – Field name changed from ‘Student ID’.
• STAAR PROGRESS MEASURE – Reading Language Arts and related fields
• STAAR PROGRESS MEASURE – Mathematics and related fields
• PERFORMANCE LEVEL INDICATOR – New fields added for Social Studies and Science

❏ Added the LEA News element to the Quick View dashboard. This feature allows LEA personnel to add and manage important news, announcements, or upcoming events, and display them on the ASCENDER Homepage Quick View dashboard. Each news entry includes a start and end date, a summary (topic), and a description. Additionally, if needed, entries can be limited to a specific audience based on their permission to an application and breadcrumb (menu item). This functionality is managed on the new District Administration > Tables > LEA News page.

❏ Added the Daily Attendance by Campus element on the ASCENDER Homepage Quick View dashboard. This feature allows LEA personnel to quickly and conveniently view in a pie chart, the attendance totals for an authorized campus or the sum of all authorized campuses for the day. This listing will be updated each day at noon.

❏ Added the Daily Attendance Listing element on the ASCENDER Homepage Quick View dashboard. This feature allows LEA personnel to quickly and conveniently view a listing of authorized campus attendance figures for the day. This listing will be updated each day at noon.
