❏ Updated the wording of the Food Allergy Disclosure form under Standard Forms:

• Previous wording: “The nurse will contact you for a note from your physician if your child has food allergies.”
• Updated wording: “The parent will provide a doctor's note, notify the school nurse, and food & nutrition if your child has an anaphylactic food allergy that requires an EpiPen.”

❏ Updated the password rules to coincide with the rules established in ASCENDER ParentPortal.

❏ Updated the order of information on the Create Account screen to be Student ID, Birth Date, and Social Security Number.
