❏ Corrected an issue so districts with large gaps in Student ID assignments will be able to generate a Student ID promptly when using the in-person registration.
Registration > Utilities > PFAI Export
❏ Modified the program to change the name from FitnessGram Export to PFAI Export.
❏ Added the following student information to the export file for each record extracted:
STUDENT ID, STUDENT LAST NAME, and STUDENT FIRST NAME.
NOTE: The StudentID, StudentLastName, StudentFirstName were added to the export to assist districts when entering the student information. These columns are not part of the official layout provided by TEA and must be deleted before submitting the export via TEAL. Failure to remove the columns will results in an import error in the PFAI program.
Registration > Reports > Registration Reports > Student > SRG6010 - Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT)
❏ Created report SRG6010 - Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) for login school years greater than 2021.
❏ Modified the SRG6010 - Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) report with functionality to include columns required for the new Fall and Spring submission.
❏ New report SRG6010 - Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) is available beginning the 2021-2022 school year.
To run the report, PBT must be used in the Local Program Code field. The student must also have a Priority 1 contact selected in Registration > Maintenance > Student Enrollment > Contact to show up in the report.
Grade Reporting > Utilities > Grade Posting from ASCENDER TeacherPortal
❏ Corrected an issue that caused the Cycle 2 Override field to be populated with the Cycle 1 average after the Grade Posting from ASCENDER TeacherPortal utility is run for Cycle 1.
