❏ Corrected the issue that prevented signature pages from displaying for all campus levels when running this report.

❏ Updated the page to make the Texas Unique ID field a non-required field.

❏ Updated the utility when printing secondary report cards from ParentPortal Report Cards so the label Counselor is now Counselor/Homeroom Teacher.

Elementary report cards will keep the Counselor label.

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented the Help (?) icon from displaying on the following screens:

  • Vision
  • Hearing
  • Spinal
  • Acanthosis
  • TB
  • Physical Exam

❏ Corrected the UI color for the Save button.

❏ Disabled the calendars for Economic Disadvantage, Foster Care, and Military Connected group boxes when users have Read-only access.

❏ Modified the program so the Truancy Indicators fields will clear when a student is re-enrolled through the Historical Re-enrollment process. Truancy Indicators (including campus and date) from the prior year will not transfer to the current year.

❏ Added Code 1, Code 2, Code 3, Code 4 fields to the Local Programs for TEA section of the screen.

Registration > Utilities > TREx Export

❏ Updated the exported file with the following 2022-2023 TREx Data Standards:

  • Added PostSecondaryCertificationLicensureResult
  • Added Prior Year attendance (Absent, Present, RS, RA Days) - If a student was enrolled in the previous year, then his/her prior year absences, presences, RS, RA attendances taglines will generate with calculated attendances.


❏ Added Industry Certification result code and Prior Year attendance tags in the GreenLight export.


Registration > Utilities > Set Student At Risk Indicators

❏ Modified the utility to use STAAR 3-8 Reading scores, passing at 110% and taken in school year 2022 or later, to unflag students for Criteria 3 who failed STAAR 3-8 Writing.

STAAR 3-8 Writing is no longer administered starting school year 2022.

❏ Modified the SRG1700- Leaver Tracking Report so it will display PEIMS Code 08 for Withdrawal Code 08 and PEIMS Code 20 for Withdrawal Code 20.

❏ Updated the program to ensure the Section field only accepts numeric 2-digit values.

❏ Added the following new codes for school year 2022 and 2023:

❏ Modified the program so the Skills Based Report Card button will display for students in EE and PK.


ParentPortal > Charter School Application Form > Apply

❏ Modified the Charter School Waitlist Application form to exclude campuses that have not been set to participate in the Charter School Waitlist option.

The application form will only display campuses that are coded as Participating Charter Admission Waitlist.

❏ Modified the Charter School Application Form to default to the correct school year.

❏ Modified the program to enable batch processing and importing of assignment grades from a file.

  • Added validation to Settings > Manage Assignments that will prevent duplicate assignment names.
  • Added logic to Grades > Assignment Grades to insert to SR_AUDIT_LOG when updating SR_CRS_ASSGN
  • Added validation to verify an imported assignment is in the current or future semester/cycle.


❏ Updated the program to correctly point to the following Help pages for Skills Based campuses:

❏ Corrected an issue when the Combine Courses in Attendance checkbox is checked on Settings > Update Profile that caused attendance to be unposted after teacher has already successfully posted.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused the Attendance Summary Report to show an incorrect period for absences if the number of periods for the campus is greater than 10.


Admin > Reports > User Log Report

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented the report from generating when the user chooses any options under User Log Report Selection.


Grades > Elementary Report Cards > Print Elementary Report Cards

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented the district logo from printing on Skills-based report cards when the report card is printed by the teacher, or when an admin prints the report card impersonating a teacher.


Grades > Assignment Grades

❏ Modified the program to add an Error column to the Step 3 - Review Data section on the Assignments Grades Import screen when there are problems with the data.

❏ Corrected an issue with the .csv import that was causing information to not map correctly.


Grades > Cycle Grades

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented exam grades from being accepted when Rpt Card Grd Typ is set to A,B,C,D,F, E,S,N,U, or Pass/Fail in the Options group box on Grade Reporting > Maintenance > Master Schedule > Campus Schedule > Course.


❏ Corrected the issue that caused averages entered on Grades > Assignment Grades for a future cycle to update incorrectly on Cycle Grades.


Reports > Attendance Verification

❏ Corrected the issue that caused a student to not appear on the report when they withdraw from a course in one cycle and re-enroll in that same course in the next cycle.

When the Include Withdrawn Students check-box is selected, students withdrawn during a specific period should still show on the Attendance Verification Report.


Reports > Student Group Reports > Attendance Summary

❏ Corrected the issue that caused the Attendance Summary Report to show an incorrect period for absences if the number of periods for the campus is greater than 10.


Settings > Manage Seating Charts

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented seating chart designations entered on a blank seating chart from saving when the user selects PIN and Save Seating Chart.


❏ Added validation to the page to prevent users from saving successfully when the Rows and Columns fields are left blank.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused an Invalid PIN error message to appear when Columns is left blank for an existing seating chart.
