❏ Modified the program to allow digits 1-8 in the Cycle field so campuses are able to report Flexible Attendance for reporting period 7 and 8.

❏ Updated the Special Consid field in the Course Codes and Credits group box to use R to report data element SummerSchoolIndicator (E3091) in the CourseTranscript entity.

❏ Rearranged the page and renamed the Career Technology group box to be CTE Program Services.
❏ Modified the CTE Program Services box to add fields for Begin Date and End Date.
❏ Moved CTE Program descriptions to the Descriptor field.

❏ Modified and re-arranged the page with the following changes:

• Moved the CTE Elig check box under the Eligibility Code field
• Added a Camp Account field under the Camp Resid field for all school years.
• Added an ET Verify field with a dropdown menu under Reason
• Bolded Entry Date and Exit Date

❏ Corrected the issue that caused the utility to indicate students as No Show instead of activating them.

❏ Updated the following GreenLight naming conventions to TREx Data Standards:

• ####LastName_FirstName_descriptor
• #### = last 4 digits of the Student ID
• LastName = student’s last name
• FirstName = student’s first name
• Descriptor = stu (student record)
