❏ Updated the program to allow waiver minutes to be 0 for Calendar Waiver Event Type 05 (specific to JJAEP campuses) when the Instructional Program Type is 13.

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented LEAs from adding new PK students after running after running the Annual Student Data Rollover (ASDR) process. The following message occurred: “PK Enroll record is required to match enrollment record when grade level is PK. Please add a matching record in the PK Enroll tab for this new student after you save the enroll record.”

❏ Renamed the Absences Within Timeframe field to Evaluation Delay Days. The updated field (Evaluation Delay Days) calculation was changed to consider prior year attendance. For TSDS extract purposes, the following is true:

• If the Consent to Evaluation Received Date and Initial Evaluation Date fields are blank, then the Evaluation Delay Days calculation does not occur.
• If the Consent to Evaluation Received Date or Initial Evaluation Date fields are blank, then the Evaluation Delay Days calculation does not occur.
• If the existing Consent to Evaluation Received Date or Initial Evaluation Date fields are updated, then the Evaluation Delay Days calculation does occur.

❏ Modified the Evaluation Campus Id field to allow nine campus digits instead of just three digits.

❏ Renamed the Student Nbr Absences column to Evaluation Delay Days.

NOTE: Since the Evaluation Campus Id field on the Child Find Data tab was updated to support nine-digit campus IDs instead of only three, the report logic was modified to retrieve data based on the last three digits when a three-digit campus ID is selected from the Evaluation Campus ID report parameter ellipsis.
