Under ODBC Login:

Add

Click to add an Open Database Connection (ODBC) login. The Add ODBC Login window is displayed. The ODBC Login Info indicates if the user has an ODBC login.* A user must be saved prior to adding ODBC login information.

User NameThe user's name is displayed.
Generate PasswordClick to automatically assign a password.
OR 
PasswordType the user password. The field must be 8-12 characters. In the Confirm Password, retype the same password that you typed in the Password field.

Click OK to accept the password and close the window.

Click Cancel to close the window without creating a password.

Change

Click to change an ODBC login.The Change ODBC Login window is displayed.

Remove

Click to remove the ODBC login for the user. A message is displayed prompting you to continue.

  • Click Yes to delete the database login information.
  • Click Cancel to not remove the login.
