(Required) Type the number of minutes scheduled for this ELO each day, from 45 to 480. |

| Begin Date |
Type the date the student entered the program using the MMDDYYYY format. This field cannot be left blank. |
||||||||||||
| End Date | Type the date the student left the program using the MMDDYYYY format. |
NOTE: You cannot save a record if the Type and indicator selections are duplicated.
| Delete a row. Click to delete the selected row. The row is shaded red to indicate that it will be deleted when the record is saved. Click Save. A message is displayed confirming that you want to delete the row.
