Click to set or re-set portal IDs.

The directory opens in a pop-up window. Students that meet the specified criteria are listed.

• The list can be re-sorted.

  You can re-sort the grid by clicking on an underlined column heading. It will sort in ascending order. Click it again to sort in descending order.
  
  A triangle next to the column heading indicates the column by which the grid is currently sorted and whether it is sorted in ascending or descending order.

• If more students are retrieved than can be displayed on one page, you can page through the list.

  Click to go to the first page of the report or list.
  Click to go back one page.
  Click to go forward one page.
  Click to go to the last page.
  Click to select the page number you want to view in the report or list.

Select the students for whom you want to set the portal ID:

shift_control

Click Set. The selected students are assigned portal IDs, and the Set button is disabled.

Click Return to close the directory.
