Race indicates one or more racial categories associated with the Student from the StudentExtension Complex Type

Disability | |
Disab (Disability) | Indicates the disability category that describes a child's impairment. Up to three disability codes are displayed for each student. The first two codes must always be:
• DB (Deaf-Blindness) AND/OR
• AI (Hearing/Auditory Impairment)
For the second AND/OR third code, use the next value in ascending (A-Z) order, if any.
If a student has more than one disability value, each value is listed on a separate row. The values for the Elig Effv Date correspond to the values in Disab. Each value in the Elig Effv Date column displays on the same row as its corresponding Disab value.
For example, if a student has the values 'Deaf-Blindness' (effective date = 9/23/2021), 'Hearing/Auditory Impairment' (effective date = 10/05/2021), and 'Developmental delay' (effective date = 03/12/2022) the columns display:

Elig Effv Date | Indicates the date upon which the associated data value(s) is/are considered to take effect, or the associated data value(s) change(s), in the format: MM/DD/YYY.

Language Acq Services | |
LAS Prvd (Language Acquisition Services Provided) | Indicates the specific language acquisition services provided to the student.
Note: If a student has more than one type of service, each service is listed on a separate row in ascending (A-Z) order. The values in the Freq of Svcs and LAS Hrs columns correspond to the value in the LAS Prvd column. Each Freq of Svcs and LAS Hrs value is displayed on the same row as its corresponding LAS Prvd value. |
Freq of Svcs (Frequency of Services) | Identifies the frequency with which a student receives services.

HA Access (Hearing Amplification Access) | Identifies whether the student has access to the hearing amplification device for each Hearing Amplification type reported.

HA Avg Daily (Hearing Amplification Average Daily Use) | Identifies the average amount of time the hearing amplification device is used in a day based on the Hearing Amplification Access reported.

Tool/Assessment | Identifies the results of the tool or assessment used to assess the student’s language acquisition.
