Registration > Utilities > Delete StudentPortal Account

❏ Click Retrieve.

The Delete button becomes active.

❏ Click Delete.

You are prompted to confirm that you want to delete the selected data. Click Yes.

The StudentPortal account is deleted and another pop-up information message appears. The information message has a heading of “Information” and sentence “StudentPortal record for the student has been deleted.” Pop-up has OK button.

When “No” button is clicked, the pop-up message disappears and the previously retrieved student's information will still display on the page.
