ASCENDER Asset Management allows you to:

• Comply with GASB 34 rulings and manage capitalized and noncapitalized assets within the ASCENDER Business system
• Import purchase order records from Finance to update and maintain records of acquisition and form the basis for depreciation calculations
• Track assets that were loaned to other departments/users
• Monitor operational status, and dispose of assets at the end of their life cycle
• Reports and inquiries are provided to manage capitalized assets and inventory reports for auditors to use/review in annual audits of an LEA's assets and asset management programs
