FIN3800 - Statement of Financial Position

This balance sheet report is for charter schools and is required by the Texas Education Agency (TEA).

After you click one of the buttons located at the top of the page to generate the report, the Enter Unrestricted Amounts pop-up window displays allowing the option to enter the following data:

  • In the Unrestricted field, type the unrestricted net asset amount, which will display on the report. This field is optional.
  • In the Temporarily Unrestricted field, type the temporarily unrestricted net asset amount, which will display on the report. This field is optional.
    • Click OK to accept the amounts.
    • Click Cancel to close the pop-up window.
Parameter Parameter Description
Accounting Period Current (C), Next (N)

C - Include the current accounting period on the report.

N - Include the next accounting period on the report.

This is a required field.

As of DateType an as-of date in the MMDDYYYY format.

Generate the report.
