• Encumber and liquidate purchase orders
• Post cash receipts
• Make individual journal entries
• Monitor the budget
• Record checks produced either manually or by a printer
• Print reports for verification both before and after completing the process
• Back up files prior to closing a period without exiting the program
• Perform multi-month processing which allows you to keep more than one accounting period open at a time
• Print 1099 reports and produce printed 1099 forms for the appropriate vendors
• Close old funds and open new funds
• Inquire about the status of any vendor
• Inquire about the balances of any general ledger account
