Delete prior year fund/fiscal years

Budget > Tables > Account Codes > Fund

Delete the fund/fiscal year(s) that are not needed in the 2023-2024 budget file.

Account Codes Fund Tab

Select the fund/fiscal years (rows) to be deleted.

Trashcan Icon Delete a row. If accounts exist in Budget Data that use the fund/fiscal year code, a message is displayed and the fund is not deleted.
