202 Valid basic days in contract

Notes:
- Pay type 2 employees should be set to 000 TRS - Non contract.
- Teachers are always set to 187 - Valid basic days in contract, regardless of the actual days in the contract.
- Pay type 1 employees, who are not classroom teachers, may be coded to additional basic days in contract.
