Campus Route - BWH2100

Warehouse > Tables > Campus Route

This page is used to designate an LEA-defined routing code to be used in conjunction with the Print Shipping Order Report. All campus numbers are displayed.

Create a campus route:

❏ Retrieve a campus record:

Start At

Type the three-digit starting campus ID from which to display campuses. 

OR
Campus Name

Type a campus description.

❏ Click Retrieve. The Campus ID and Campus Description are displayed.

Field Description
Route Code

Type a three-character pattern to be used in the Select SO Warehouse Route Nbr(s), or blank for All report parameter on the BWH1150 - Print Shipping Order report. Typically, the route code relates to the days of the week and the route.

❏ Click Save.
