Initialize Yearly Inventory Files - BWH6200
Warehouse > Utilities > Initialize Yearly Inventory Files
This page is used to reset all selected yearly inventory files for the selected warehouse ID.
Note: Please create an export using Finance > Utilities > Export Finance Tables prior to using this utility.
Initialize yearly inventory files:

Type a date from which to retrieve outstanding back orders to be canceled. |
1. Under Options, select one or more of the following:
● Select Zero Reorder Level to reset all reorder levels to zero. By default, this option is not selected.
● Select Clear Last Restock to reset all last restock dates. By default, this option is not selected.
● Select Clear Last Requested to reset all last requested dates. By default, this option is not selected.
2. After selecting which options to initialize, click Execute to process the selections.
Note: When the Initialize Yearly Inventory Files utility is run, the Used to Date field is always reset to zero.
3. A message indicating that the initialization process completed successfully is displayed. Click OK.|
