The Grievances directory is displayed with a list of all available grievance records.

To narrow the results, type/select data in the following search fields:

• Identifier
• Description
• From Date Filed
• To Date Filed
• Type

Click Search. A list of grievance records that match your search criteria is displayed.

Select an identifier from the list. The selected record displays.

Otherwise, click Cancel to return to the Grievance Reporting page without making a selection.
