Click to select the room assigned to the meeting time.

Notes:

The generator attempts to assign the room to the meeting time. If the room cannot be assigned, the meeting time may not be generated. However, you can specify at the master schedule generator runtime that a meeting should be generated even if a room cannot be assigned.

If the Cond field is set to D, three ID fields are displayed. The codes are from the Maintenance > Master Schedule Generator > Tables > Designators tab.
