This report lists selected (or all) students with detailed information for all of their courses, including cycle grades, attendance, override fields, master schedule information, and more.

Run the report:

Parameter	Description
Ending School Year (YYYY)	Type the four-digit ending school year. For example, for the 2023-2024 school year, type 2024.
Campus ID	Type the three-digit campus ID, or click to select the campus.
Grade Level (Blank for All)	Type the two-character grade level, click to select the grade level, or leave blank to select all grade levels.
Student ID (Blank for All)	Type the six-digit student ID number, including all leading zeros. Or, click to select the student. Leave blank to select all students.
Semester (1, 2, 3, 4)	Type the one-digit semester. Valid semesters are 1 and 2. For a four-semester campus, valid semesters are 1, 2, 3, and 4.
Process only H.S. Credit Lvl Courses (Y, N)	Y - Include only credit level H courses. Use this report to manually balance student grade averaging and class ranking for credit level H courses taken at the middle school. N - Do not include credit level H courses.
