❏ Verify that the following is set correctly:

Submission Year

For the 2024-2025 school year, the field must be set to 2025.

As-of Date

For the 2024-2025 school year, the as-of date is October 25, 2024.

School Start Window (SSW) Date

For the 2024-2025 school year, this date is September 27, 2024. This is the closing date for the window.


❏ Verify that local codes are properly set for all applicable local programs.

These codes should exactly match the codes on Registration > Maintenance > District Profile > Local Program Codes.


❏ Click Save.
