State Reporting > Options

Options page with Fall 2018 settings Verify that the following is set correctly:

Submission Year

For the 2024-2025 school year, the field must be set to 2025.

As-of Date

For the 2024-2025 school year, the as-of date is October 25, 2024.

School Start Window (SSW) Date

For the 2024-2025 school year, this date is September 27, 2024. This is the closing date for the window.

IMPORTANT! Due to Hurricane Harvey, the SSW Date has been extended for all districts in Texas. 3. Verify that generic codes are properly set for early college high school, T-STEM, and IGC reporting. These codes should exactly match the codes on Registration > Maintenance > District Profile > Generic Ent/Wd Program Codes. 6 TxEIS TSDS - Fall 2017 Submission IMPORTANT! Note that the Generic Program for Crisis Reporting field has been removed. That data is now extracted from TxEIS Registration > Maintenance > District Profile > Generic Ent/Wd Program Codes. 4. Click Save.
