1. Inventory Records - BAM3000::

The item number is entered if the Automatic Item Numbering field is selected in the options record.

The item description is displayed if the Use Catalog Description field is checked in the options record.

When improvements are made to a capital asset, a new item number and depreciation record should be created for the improvement. The Primary Inven Nbr field allows you to relate the improvement to the original item number.
