Select General Fund

The General Funds lookup is used to select a general fund(s).

Select a general fund(s):

  • The general funds(s) are listed in ascending order.
  • To search for a specific general fund, begin typing the general fund/yr or description in the Search field. The list is automatically filtered to display the general funds(s) that contain the numbers or characters you have typed.
  • When you locate the general fund you want to retrieve, select the corresponding checkbox and click OK. The lookup closes, and the field/parameter is populated with the selected general fund(s).
  • Click Cancel to close the lookup without selecting a general fund.
