Deductions
EmployeePortal > Inquiry > Deductions
This page is used to view your current payroll deduction information. If you have requested modifications to your deductions and those deductions are not reflected, the records may not yet be updated within the district. If applicable, the employer's contributions to the deductions will also be displayed in addition to your marital status and number of exemptions. If this page is not enabled, check with your district administrator, as the district may have opted not to allow access.
View deduction data:
Under Frequency:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Marital Status | Your marital tax-filing status is displayed. |
| Number of Exemptions | The number of exemptions you are claiming for the purpose of tax withholding is displayed. |
| Deduction Code | The three-digit deduction code is displayed. |
| Description | Type of deduction is displayed. |
| Amount | The amount of the deduction for each deduction code is displayed. |
| Cafeteria Flag | Each deduction included in the cafeteria plan is displayed. |
| Employer Contribution Amount | The amount, if any, that the employer is contributing to the specific deduction is displayed. |
