❏ Updated the program to report begin dates and end dates for the StudentCTEProgramAssociation.CTEProgramService entity.

❏ Modified the CourseTranscript entity to add LocalCourseCode, SchoolId, SectionIdentifier, SessionName and SummerSchoolIndicator to API property tx.CourseTranscriptExtenion.
StudentIdentification - NonEnrolledStudentUILActivity
❏ Added API property nonEnrolledStudentUILActivityDescriptor to the Students entity for the Student Identification and Demographics Domain.
