❏ Added the following columns to the Budget and Payroll selections:

  • End Date
  • Status (N - New, E - Error, R - Resubmit, S - Successful)
  • Action (I - Insert, D - Delete, U - Update)

❏ Added validation for end dates and duplicates.

❏ Disabled modifications for records marked for deletion.


TSDS Updates

❏ Corrected an issue with the Ed-Fi StaffEducationOrganizationEmploymentAssociation Entity > DaysEmployedSet error as it relates to unaffiliated staff. This extract now filters records from the related Personnel table, no longer extracting records with zero days or days greater than 365. This change will remove existing records with those values from the staging table. The corresponding parent records will be reset causing the date to be resubmitted. In addition, this change also corrects issues related to Auxiliary Role entries.
