❏ Modified the extract to only extract one course-section using the meeting time for the Teacher of Record, which is based on the as-of date entered and the meeting time for the teacher with the lowest period and class role who is actively teaching the class on the as-of date. This information will be used for information on teachers, teacher sections, master schedule, and student sections. If the meeting time has a different beginning and ending period, the beginning period will be used as the course period to avoid duplicate sections.
❏ Modified the Early Childhood Data System - KG Core Collection interchange to first look at the KG Beginning of Year field on Registration > Maintenance > Student Enrollment > Demo2 when determining if the student should be included in the interchange. If the KG Beginning of Year field is blank, the As-Of Date field on this utility page is used to determine if student should be included, as well as the course-sections and instructors to include.
NOTE: The As-Of Date field is required, because it is used as the staff association date as well as for determining the course-section in the the master schedule.
