Program Changes

State Reporting > Extracts > Fall > Staff

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented the extract from completing.

State Reporting > Extracts > Fall > Student

❏ Corrected the program to only validate special education edits that are dependent upon the student's age on the snapshot date for the the special education record that is being written to PEIMS. Any other special education edit that is not dependent upon the student's age on the snaphot date will still be validated for all special education records.

State Reporting > Utilities > Create State Reporting Interchanges

❏ Corrected the Student Enrollment interchange to include graduation program data for Graduation Type 35 students (FHSP and Endorsements) (rule 48011-0012).

❏ Modified the Education Organization interchange to include TX-CampusEnrollmentType and NSLPTypeCode for all districts, including those where the last three digits are 950.
