❏ Modified the program to add the Generic Program for Additional Days School Year field so users can indicate which generic program code will be used to identify students participating in the Additional Days School Year program.
State Reporting > Utilities > Create TSDS Core Collections Interchanges > Classroom Roster - Winter and Fall
❏ Updated the All TSDS Class Roster Interchanges and Staff Association Interchange for Winter and the All TSDS Class Roster - Fall Interchanges and Staff Association Interchange for Fall to include the number of years of prior teaching experience (YearsOfPriorTeachingExperience) in the Staff Extension.
State Reporting > Utilities > Import Staff File
❏ This utility was updated as follows:
- In the employee demo table, updated the long name fields with the imported data in addition to the existing name fields.
- Set the Latest Re-Employ Date to blank when the Orig Emp Date is provided.
- Added the following fields to the import:
- Generation
- DOB
- Hispanic Ethnicity
- Race American
- Race Asian
- Race Black
- Race Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander
- Race White
- Highest Degree
- Prior Teach Experience
- Original Emp Date
- Term Date
State Reporting > Utilities > Create TSDS Core Collections Interchanges > Classroom Roster - Winter
❏ Updated the Education Organization Interchange with the following changes:
- Removed LocationReference sub-complex type, including reference type, from SchoolExtension.
- Removed logic that required students to be enrolled in a course section in order for that course to be included in the Course Complex Type.
❏ Modified the Student Enrollment Interchange to remove EntryDate (E1434 ENTRY-DATE) from complex type StudentSchoolAssociationExtension.
