Attendance > Maintenance > Student > Student Posting with Comments

❏ Modified By Period, By Individual, By Date/Control Nbr, By Date/Grade and Code, By Date/Course, and By Generic Program to allow posting and viewing of either an absence or presence code for students.

❏ Removed the P option to delete an absence (Present is now PR).

❏ Added the following presence codes to the Posting Code ellipsis: Present (PR), Remote Synchronous (RS), and Remote Asynchronous (RA).

NOTE: When you replace any saved posting code with a Present (PR), that row in the posting table will be deleted and an audit row will be created for it.

❏ Corrected the issue not allowing users who ran Load from Backup to run Move to Grade Reporting. This affected users who had selected Set To Campus Track for at least one campus on the Campus Move Options tab and caused them to receive the following error message: “No First day of School Found.”

❏ Modified the program to properly display fields in Spanish instead of English when Spanish is selected as the language.

❏ Corrected the following message from “ParentPortal ID does not exit.” to “ParentPortal ID does not exist.” Previously, the word “exist” was misspelled.

❏ Corrected the program to only display the Sex field once during the Registration process.

❏ Corrected the program to only display fields as indicated on the ParentPortal > Admin > Form Creator page.

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented some users from recovering their user name or resetting their password. These users received the following error message: “One or more of the following fields failed to match a user record or the user record is not active.”

❏ Corrected the issue that prevented some users from creating an account.

❏ Corrected the Transfer Student pop-up window to properly display the From details.

❏ Modified the program to correctly retrieve assignments by Due Date when either manually entering a date or selecting a date from the calendar. Also, corrected the program error that may have occurred when manually entering a due date and tabbing out of the field.

❏ Corrected the program to allow a maximum grade of 100. Previously, an error occurred.

Reports > Rubrics

❏ Corrected the report to bold the Points Earned value in the Student Score column and add a page break between students when printing the report.

❏ Corrected the program to match the instructor's schedule.
