Charter Student Admission Application
❏ Modified the Charter School Admission Application with the following changes:

❏ Corrected an issue where some students are showing duplicate absences when the student has a fractured schedule and does not meet Monday through Friday.

❏ Corrected an issue where SessionTimeout and SessionWarning were not functioning correctly or consistently.

❏ Corrected an issue in the Class Schedule section on the Schedule tab where the program was incorrectly displaying a teacher's name as last name, middle name, first name. The correct order is last name, first name, middle name.
❏ Corrected an issue where the attendance note entered in TxEIS > Attendance > Maintenance > Student > Student Posting with Comments > By Period did not appear in TeacherPortal > Attendance > Post/View Attendance.
❏ Corrected an issue where some students are showing duplicate absences in the Attendance section of the Student Information page when the student has a fractured schedule and does not meet Monday through Friday.

❏ Modified the program in the Student Information section to display all active generic programs assigned to a student if Generic is selected in the Display Program Information section on Grade Reporting > Maintenance > Gradebook Options > Campus.

❏ Corrected an issue when changing the Campus setting from one campus to another campus, the Semester and Cycle fields are disabled and the report no longer works. Users will be able to run this report and select different campus semesters or cycles.

❏ Modified the program so that the Unassigned Students list on Settings > Manage Seating Charts appear on the Students with no assigned seat table.

❏ Corrected an issue when selecting Copy Assignments to Another Course-Section-Cycle where checkboxes under Copy To Course-Section were disabled while trying to copy assignments. All boxes will be available to select if the course is not a grouped course within the current semester.
